Primary Objectives of the Position

• Ensure activities comply with quality systems and policies.
• Manage local month-end closing activities, including system processes, submissions, and accruals.
• Perform planning, reporting, and analysis for Europe and Business Units.
• Support financial IBP and LBE processes.
• Support cross-divisional shared services.
• Provide in-depth financial analysis, insights, and recommendations.
• Implement process improvements and mentor junior staff.
• Participate in financial projects and support management decisions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or accounting.
• MBA, CPA, CFA, or similar certifications preferred.
• At least 5 years of experience in a commercial finance role.
• Advanced MS Office skills; knowledge of databases like Cognos or Access is a plus.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are beneficial.
• Strong business partnership and organizational skills.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Customer-oriented mindset and team player attitude.
