Overview
As Product Life Cycle Manager, you orchestrate end-to-end service lifecycle activities and drive portfolio optimization to align with customer needs and business strategy. You will lead governance, KPI development, and cross-functional initiatives to ensure timely launches, transitions, and retirement of products. The role focuses on enhancing service readiness, lifecycle process efficiency, and data accuracy across systems. You will work in an international, innovation-driven environment shaping how Accelleron supports the energy transition.

Verantwortungsbereiche
- Own service lifecycle processes across phases: readiness, transfer to service, and legacy/phase-out
- Improve LCM governance, develop KPIs/dashboards, and automate lifecycle activities
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, governance meetings, and decision-making
- Communicate lifecycle changes to internal and external stakeholders
- Support service strategy through new product initiatives (e.g., NPP spare parts, reactivation of phased-out TCs)
- Ensure master data accuracy in BU portfolio, SAP, and related systems
- Represent Service in cross-divisional portfolio alignments (PMS, product portfolio reviews)
Zentrale Anforderungen
- >5 years in Product Life Cycle, Portfolio Management, Strategic planning, or After Sales in mechanical engineering
- Knowledge of manufacturing, service operations, and aftermarket supply chains
- Experience managing complex product portfolios and stakeholders across hierarchy levels
- Proactive, self-driven with track record of measurable improvements
- Advanced SAP ECC MDM & MM; S/4 HANA a plus; PowerBI; MS Office 365
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Business Engineering
- Fluency in English and German
