Overview In this role you will design and continuously improve Accelleron’s global customs operating model and governance, ensuring alignment with growth and regulatory changes. You will lead global frameworks, controls, and KPI-driven governance across the organization and partner with internal and external stakeholders to drive a mature, compliant customs function. The position sits within the Value Chain organization under the Head of Group Trade Compliance and offers exposure to global trade challenges in a multinational, innovative environment. You will shape the customs capability landscape and enable digitalization initiatives that support the energy transition.
