Your Responsibilities
Support Group FP&A activities including actuals analysis, forecasting, budgeting, business planning, initiative tracking and performance reportingKey user and sponsor of the new FP&A software solution, including requirement gathering, continuous improvement / development, user acceptance testing, data validation, report testing and issue follow-upPrepare standard and ad hoc financial analysis on revenue, cost of sales, expenses, capital expenditure and other key performance indicatorsMonitor performance trends, identify variances versus plan and forecast, and support the preparation of clear explanations and insights for managementMaintain and improve recurring FP&A reports, dashboards and management reporting packages, with a focus on accuracy, consistency and timely deliveryWork with Group Controlling, Division finance teams and system implementation stakeholders to optimize planning, forecasting and workflows in the new FP&A toolContribute to data structure, master data and reporting logic discussions to ensure the FP&A software supports efficient, scalable and reliable analysisIdentify opportunities to automate manual reporting steps, simplify processes and improve data quality across planning and performance management activitiesSupport benchmarking, scenario analysis and financial modelling for business reviews, long-term planning and special projectsAssist with the preparation of finance community training material, user guidance and documentation for FP&A processes and system-enabled reportingCollaborate with finance colleagues to share knowledge, capture improvement ideas and support adoption of standardized FP&A processes and tools
Your Background:
Education and Certification:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, preferably supported by a relevant professional certification (e.g., CIMA, CPA, etc.)
Experience:
2–3 years of relevant experience in FP&A, controlling, accounting, audit, finance transformation or a comparable analytical finance roleExperience with, or proven interest in, systems development, FP&A software deployment, finance process optimization, reporting automation or digital finance toolsStrong analytical and problem‑solving skills, a thorough and detail‑oriented working style, and the ability to communicate financial information clearlySkills and Competencies:

Confident working with large volumes of financial and operational data, with the ability to detect trends, identify key messages and isolate relevant information for decision makingGood understanding of core FP&A concepts including planning, forecasting, variance analysis, KPI reporting and management reportingProven interest in developing and deploying self service software solutions (programming language not required) which includes reporting, data model analytics, workflow automation and AI-enabled productivity solutionsAdvanced Excel skillsExcellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines and work accurately in a fast‑paced environmentCollaborative and team‑oriented, with curiosity to understand business processes and a willingness to support change and user adoptionBasic understanding of data structures, master data, reporting hierarchies and system logic; ability to translate finance requirements into practical tool and process improvements
