At Accelleron, we foster diversity and inclusion, welcoming and celebrating individual differences as a source of strength. /p pAre you an experienced mechanical engineer ready to shape and build a new team? /p pIn this newly created team lead role at the interface between product engineering and factory, you will build and lead a small team of turbocharger engineering support specialists. /p pYour team will support our Swiss factory and supply chain operations with product-specific expertise and engineering decisions in daily operations. It will also provide technical expertise and engineering key account support for our global manufacturing network, with a primary focus on China. /p pYou will establish this team within the department Product Development Care High Speed Turbocharger. As the team will remain small, you will combine leadership responsibilities with hands‑on operational work.
