Based in Baden, Switzerland, this position plays a key role in accelerating the practical adoption of AI, automation and intelligent technologies across Accelleron's Finance Controlling landscape. /ph3Your Responsibilities: /h3ulliAI, Automation, and Technology Innovation Scout, assess and translate emerging SAP Business AI, SAP Joule, SAP Build, SAP BTP, Microsoft Copilot and Finance automation capabilities into practical use cases. /liliIdentify high-value opportunities to automate Finance Controlling processes, improve exception handling and enhance decision support. /liliRun proof of concepts, evaluate business value and recommend adoption opportunities aligned with Accelleron's enterprise architecture. /liliAct as the Finance Controlling AI and automation subject matter expert within the IS organization. /liliPartnership with Finance Transformation Partner with the Finance Transformation Lead and Global Process Owners to shape a focused Finance AI and automation portfolio. /liliTranslate business requirements into solution concepts, delivery plans and implementation options. /liliSupport business case development by assessing value, effort, dependencies, risks and scalability. /liliPromote a common approach to Finance innovation across SAP platforms and connected applications. /liliSolution Delivery Lead or coordinate the implementation of approved Finance AI and automation initiatives from concept to operational handover. /liliWork across SAP Application Owners, AI CoE, Data Analytics, integration specialists, Global Process Owners and external partners to deliver robust solutions. /liliEnsure solutions follow security, compliance, auditability, supportability and enterprise architecture standards. /liliSupport testing, deployment, training, change enablement and transition to RUN support. /li /ulh3Key Focus Areas /h3ulliSAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA Finance landscapes, including SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud and Accelleron's strategic SAP transformation initiatives. /liliFinance process automation, intelligent workflows, exception management and AI-enabled decision support. /liliSAP Joule, SAP Business AI, SAP Build, SAP BTP and related enterprise automation capabilities. /liliConnected Finance applications, data-driven insights and scalable integration patterns. /li /ulpReporting to the IS Manager Finance, you will identify high-value use cases, evaluate emerging technologies and help deliver scalable AI and automation solutions across SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud and connected Finance applications. /ph3Your Background: /h3ulliExperience At least eight years of experience in SAP Finance, SAP consulting, ERP transformation or related fields. /liliExperience with SAP S/4HANA implementations or rollouts, preferably including SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud and SAP Activate methodology. /liliStrong knowledge of Finance Controlling processes in a manufacturing environment, ideally including Product Costing, Material Ledger and integration with production, supply chain, procurement and sales. /liliExpertise in delivering automation, workflow, integration, analytics or AI-enabled solutions in an enterprise environment. /liliFamiliarity with handling global stakeholders, external partners and cross-functional delivery teams. /li /ulh3Technical Skills /h3ulliSAP Finance processes and architecture, including SAP ECC and S/4HANA (Public Cloud preferred). /liliSAP BTP, SAP Build, SAP Joule or SAP Business AI. /liliProcess automation, workflow, integration and analytics concepts. /liliUnderstanding of AI, agent-based solutions and practical adoption patterns in Finance. /liliAbility to assess solution fit, scalability, security, compliance and supportability. /li /ulh3Personal Competencies /h3ulliTechnology curiosity and a continuous learning mindset. /liliStrong analytical, conceptual and problem-solving skills. /liliAbility to bridge business and technology discussions and translate ideas into practical solutions. /liliStrong stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills in an international environment. /liliHands-on, structured and delivery-oriented approach. /li /ulpFluency in English is required; additional languages are an advantage. /ph3Your Benefits: /h3ulliAttractive compensation benefits. /liliFlexible working model. /liliGlobal Parental Leave Program. /liliEmployee Assistance Program. /li /ulpWe look forward to receiving your application. /ppIf you want to discover more about Accelleron, take another look at our website accelleron.com. /ppAccelleron Data Privacy Statement: accelleron.com/privacy-notice/candidate /ppJob Family Group: Information Systems /ppAccelleron is accelerating sustainability in the marine and energy industries as a global technology leader in turbocharging, fuel injection, and digital solutions for heavy-duty applications.
