Verantwortungsbereiche
- Lead industrial digitalization and Manufacturing IT projects from concept through go-live and adoption
- Manage scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and stakeholder alignment for business outcomes
- Lead IT workstreams in factory investment projects, coordinating processes, control systems, automation, and enterprise IT
- Support testing and commissioning activities (FAT/SAT) from an IT perspective
- Translate operational needs into solution concepts; coordinate architecture and integration decisions
- Coordinate business stakeholders, equipment suppliers, IT teams and external partners
Zentrale Anforderungen
- 5+ years of experience managing IT or digitalization projects in manufacturing
- University degree in Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or comparable discipline
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and shopfloor-IT/OT interactions
- Experience with requirements engineering, process analysis, and translating needs into specs
- Experience with MES, SAP, WMS, industrial data platforms, serialization or machine connectivity
- Experience with industrial automation/control systems and IT/OT integration; knowledge of PLC/automation protocols is a plus
- Experience contributing to factory investment projects (manufacturing equipment), including testing or FAT/SAT
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders, budgets, timelines and risks
- Structured, hands-on, solution-oriented with strong communication skills
