In this role you drive digital transformation at the value chain level, leading cross-functional projects from concept to go-live. You focus on intralogistics and SAP-enabled initiatives to translate warehouse and logistics needs into scalable, measurable digital solutions. You collaborate with Ops, IT, and business leadership to ensure adoption and sustained impact, accelerating Accelleron's digitalization journey and operational excellence.

Verantwortungsbereiche
- Lead complex manufacturing and supply chain digitalization projects from concept through go-live and stabilization
- Champion SAP EWM initiatives with a dedicated Technical Solution Lead
- Manage scope, timeline, budget, risks, governance and stakeholder communication
- Coordinate and align business stakeholders, operations, IT teams, external partners and technical experts
- Drive process implementation, organizational change and user adoption for sustainable impact
- Lead Cutover, Migration, Go-Live and Hypercare activities as needed
- Translate business and operational requirements into pragmatic, scalable solutions
- Deliver measurable benefits and improvements across manufacturing, logistics and supply chain processes
- Support strategic digitalization initiatives and long-term value chain development
Zentrale Anforderungen
- 8+ years of experience leading complex projects in Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Operations or Digital Transformation
- University degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Computer Science or related field
- Strong project and stakeholder management with proven delivery in manufacturing environments
- Understanding of manufacturing, logistics and supply chain processes; intralogistics or warehouse ops advantageous
- Experience with SAP-enabled transformation initiatives; SAP EWM exposure beneficial
- Ability to bridge business requirements, processes and digital solutions
- Structured, pragmatic, results-oriented mindset
- Excellent communication and influencing skills across business and IT
