In this role you would own and lead the global Talent Acquisition function by defining and executing a future-oriented recruiting strategy, operating model, and governance that enable business growth and workforce transformation. Drive excellence across the end-to-end recruitment ecosystem by leveraging data, technology/AI, and process optimization to deliver an outstanding candidate and hiring manager experience. Partner with senior leaders on strategic workforce planning and talent priorities while building high-performing recruiting capabilities, ensuring global standards, compliance, and operational excellence across all markets.Your responsibilities:Own and shape the global insourced recruiting model and operating model, supporting business growth through efficient and fast recruiting servicesAdvise senior leadership and HR on talent acquisition strategy, hiring priorities, and labor market trendsOversee and steer recruitment targets aligned with business needs;
monitor KPIs and deriveinsights to enable data-driven decision-making (Strategic Workforce Planning)Accountable for shaping, maintaining, and continuously improving the recruiting infrastructure, including the Workday Recruiting module, careers page, third-party channels (, LinkedIn, Indeed,, Glassdoor, Kununu), and the intranet recruiting pageOwn and continuously optimize end-to-end recruiting processes, ensuring a high-quality candidate and hiring manager experience globallyDrive transformation initiatives in talent acquisition (, insourcing model, process optimization, technology enablement) and related change managementStay on top of technological developments and industry trends and translate them into practical improvementsManage and negotiate relevant vendor contracts in close alignment with ProcurementOverall accountability for the global recruiting budgetProvide and maintain up-to-date guidelines and train hiring managers as neededSupport local HR in adapting recruitment processes while ensuring global standards, compliance, and consistent candidate experienceEnsure compliance with local labor laws, data privacy, and governance standards in recruitment processesYour background:University degree in HR Management, Business Administration or related field, complemented with over 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition and Talent AttractionStrategic mindset with the ability to translate business strategy into forward-looking talent acquisition and workforce planning initiativesStrong leadership and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders and build trusted partnerships across HR, the business, and external stakeholdersProven expertise in designing and optimizing global talent acquisition operating models, recruiting processes, and governance frameworksStrong analytical and commercial acumen with the ability to leverage data, KPIs, and labor market insights to drive informed decisions and continuous improvementDeep knowledge of modern recruiting technologies, digital talent acquisition, HR marketing, employer branding, and AI-enabled recruiting solutionsStrong project and change management capabilities, with a track record of leading global transformation initiatives and driving organizational adoptionExcellent communication, influencing, and negotiation skills, including experience managing external vendors and cross-functional partnershipsSolid understanding of global recruitment compliance, employment practices, and governance, balancing global standards with local market requirementsGrowth mindset with a passion for innovation, continuous improvement, and delivering an outstanding candidate and hiring manager experienceYour benefits:Attractive compensation & benefitsModern office, smart workingFlexible working modelsCanteenEmployee Assistance ProgramGlobal parental leave programWe look forward to receiving your application.
