Overview In this role you join Accelleron’s high-speed turbocharger development team in Baden to own engineering development and lifecycle support for turbochargers. You’ll collaborate with supply, sales, service, and central R D, while leading cross-divisional work packages and projects focused on technology, costs, and timelines. You will drive simulations, testing, and root-cause analyses to improve product reliability and performance. This is a hands-on, internationally oriented position with meaningful impact on the energy transition.
