Your Mission
Transforming businesses—not just advising them. As an SAP Business Consultant specialising in Natural Resources, you will play a key role in the digital transformation of clients across the chemicals, natural resources, energy, and utilities sectors. You will guide organisations through their SAP S/4HANA journeys, designing innovative solutions and supporting the full transformation lifecycle—from strategy and roadmap definition through to implementation and go-live.
You will act as a trusted advisor, problem solver, and transformation leader, helping clients modernise their operations, improve efficiency, and build sustainable business models for the future.

What You’ll Do
Identify Opportunities for Transformation
- You will analyse clients’ business challenges and demonstrate how SAP S/4HANA can unlock new opportunities through intelligent automation, data-driven decision‑making, and innovative business processes.
Redesign and Optimise Business Processes
- Working closely with clients and project teams, you will develop transformation roadmaps across key business functions such as: Production Planning, Logistics, Procurement, Quality Management, Finance
- Your goal will be to deliver sustainable business transformations that go beyond standard system implementations.
Lead Complex Transformation Projects
- You will take ownership of project streams and teams, acting as the bridge between business stakeholders and technology teams.
- Through clear communication, strong stakeholder management, and sound project leadership, you will help ensure successful project outcomes.
What We’re Looking For
- Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Business Informatics, or a related discipline.
- Experience managing transformation and implementation projects using agile methodologies.
- Strong expertise in SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA.
- Experience across one or more SAP modules, such as: FI/CA, EAM, SD, MM, PP, QM, TM, EWM, LBN
- Industry experience within Energy, Utilities, Chemicals, or Natural Resources.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Professional proficiency in German and English.
