As an SAP Finance and Controlling Consultant, you will support clients throughout the entire transformation journey – from strategy and solution design through implementation, testing, and go-live. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, engage directly with stakeholders, and contribute to complex transformation programmes across Switzerland and Europe.
Your Daily Work
Lead and support end-to-end SAP S/4HANA Finance and Controlling implementations.
Analyse business requirements and translate them into scalable SAP solutions.
Conduct fit-gap analyses, solution design workshops, and process assessments.
Configure and optimise SAP FI/CO processes and functionalities.
Collaborate with clients, business stakeholders, and technical teams throughout project delivery.
Facilitate workshops, testing activities, user acceptance testing (UAT), and solution demonstrations.
Drive project execution in Agile and SAP Activate environments.
Support S/4HANA transformation programmes, including ECC-to-S/4HANA migrations.
Contribute to business development opportunities and thought leadership initiatives.
What We're Looking For
Experience delivering end-to-end SAP S/4HANA Finance and Controlling projects across the full lifecycle (design, build, test, deployment, and go-live).
Hands‑on experience with SAP FI/CO, including areas such as: GL, AP, AR, AA, Cost Controlling, CO‑PA.3
Experience gathering requirements, leading fit-gap analyses, and designing SAP solutions.
Strong stakeholder management and client‑facing consulting experience.
Experience facilitating workshops and business discussions.
Fluent German and English communication skills.
Experience working in project‑driven environments using Agile methodologies and/or SAP Activate.
