  • Lead project controls activities across complex capital projects and programmes.
  • Establish and maintain integrated project controls frameworks, governance processes, and reporting structures.
  • Manage project performance across schedule, cost, risk, change, and progress measurement.
  • Develop and maintain project baselines, forecasts, and performance metrics.
  • Produce executive-level reporting and communicate key trends, risks, opportunities, and recommendations.
  • Facilitate risk and opportunity management processes and support mitigation planning.
  • Manage change control processes and ensure impacts on cost and schedule are properly assessed and reported.
  • Perform schedule analysis, critical path review, progress validation, and forecasting.
  • Support earned value management (EVM) and performance measurement where applicable.
  • Coordinate with client, contractor, commercial, engineering, and delivery teams to ensure alignment and accurate reporting.
  • Drive continuous improvement in project controls processes, tools, and reporting methodologies.
  • Mentor junior project controls professionals and contribute to capability development.
  • Expert knowledge of project controls across cost, schedule, risk, change, and reporting disciplines.
  • Strong planning and scheduling capability, including critical path analysis and forecasting.
  • Experience developing and maintaining integrated project controls frameworks and governance processes.
  • Proficient in risk management, change control, and earned value management principles.
  • Advanced analytical and reporting skills, with the ability to translate complex data into executive-level insights.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience working across client, contractor, and delivery teams.
  • Proficiency in Primavera P6, Power BI, Microsoft Project, and advanced Excel.
  • Proven leadership, mentoring, and team development capabilities.
