On behalf of one of our clients, a leading institution active in home care in the regions of Lausanne, La Côte and eastern Vaud, we are looking for ASSC (M/F) – Home Care Your mission
Provide medical-technical and basic care at the beneficiaries' homes.
Monitor patients' health status and communicate information to the referring nurses.
Participate in the development and implementation of care plans.
Support beneficiaries in daily living activities.
Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure quality care and support at home.
Your profile
Federal Certificate of Competence as a Community Health and Care Assistant (ASSC) or an equivalent qualification.
For foreign diplomas: mandatory CRS recognition.
Proven experience of at least 2 years in home care.
Ability to work independently and manage priorities.
Organisational skills, good listening, and teamwork abilities.
Excellent interpersonal and professional qualities.
Driving licence and personal vehicle essential.
Clean Swiss criminal record certificate required.
