Care and Support Assistant at 60-80%.
Your mission
Within a caring and committed team, you contribute to the well-being and quality of life of the residents.
Your main responsibilities:
- Support residents in daily living activities. - Perform basic care in accordance with good professional practices. - Ensure the comfort, safety, and dignity of the people you support. - Foster a relationship of trust with residents and their relatives. - Ensure the transmission of information and observations in electronic records to guarantee continuity of care.
Your profile
- Holder of the Swiss Red Cross Health Assistant Certificate (120 hours) or an equivalent qualification. - For candidates with a foreign diploma, Swiss Red Cross recognition is required. - Experience in the care field, ideally in a nursing home or with elderly people. - Good command of French, both spoken and written. - Comfortable with common computer tools. - Knowledge of the Montessori approach is an asset.
