Healthcare Assistants (M/F) – Home Care
Your mission
- Support beneficiaries in daily living activities. - Provide basic care and ensure the comfort and well-being of patients. - Observe the general condition of beneficiaries and relay information to the care team. - Promote staying at home while respecting the autonomy and dignity of the people supported. - Collaborate with various stakeholders in the care network.
Your profile
- Certificate as a Swiss Red Cross Healthcare Assistant or an equivalent qualification. - For foreign diplomas: mandatory Swiss Red Cross recognition. - Proven experience of at least 2 years in home care. - Ability to work independently, with rigour and empathy. - Excellent interpersonal skills and a strong sense of responsibility. - Driving licence and own vehicle essential. - Clean Swiss criminal record certificate required.
