On behalf of one of our clients, a leading institution active in home care in the regions of Lausanne, La Côte and eastern Vaud, we are looking for
Home Care Nurses.
Your mission
- Provide nursing care at the beneficiaries' homes. - Assess needs, plan and deliver appropriate care. - Ensure clinical follow-up and continuity of care. - Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, doctors and relatives. - Contribute to maintaining patients at home and their well-being.
Your profile
- HES Nursing diploma or equivalent qualification. - For foreign diplomas: mandatory CRS recognition. - Proven experience of at least 2 years in home care. - Ability to work independently and manage priorities. - Excellent interpersonal skills and sense of responsibility. - Driving licence and personal vehicle essential. - Clean Swiss criminal record certificate required.
