On behalf of one of our clients, a leading institution active in home care in the regions of Lausanne, La Côte and eastern Vaud, we are looking for Home Care Nurses. Your mission
Provide nursing care at the beneficiaries' homes.
Assess needs, plan and deliver appropriate care.
Ensure clinical follow-up and continuity of care.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, doctors and relatives.
Contribute to maintaining patients at home and their well-being.
Your profile
HES Nursing diploma or equivalent qualification.
For foreign diplomas: mandatory CRS recognition.
Proven experience of at least 2 years in home care.
Ability to work independently and manage priorities.
Excellent interpersonal skills and sense of responsibility.
Driving licence and personal vehicle essential.
Clean Swiss criminal record certificate required.
