Industrial Mechanic-Assemblers (m/f)
YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Carrying out assembly operations of our machines according to plans and procedures, repair and maintenance work on our machines and equipment - Self-check using assembly documentation - Proposals for improvements to increase the quality of assembly and our machines - Versatility for assembling different types of machines - Providing and following up on documents related to production management and quality - Assembly of prototypes - Liaison with various operations departments
WE EXPECT
- Federal VET Diploma as mechanic, polymechanic, automation technician or equivalent training - Minimum 5 years recent experience in mechanical assembly or repair - Knowledge of pneumatics and hydraulics - Knowledge in electronics and electrical fields is welcome - Experience in electrical assembly and/or on electronic components of machines is an asset - Good level of reading assembly plans - Precise and quality work, ability to work in a team and independently - Initiative and sense of responsibility - Knowledge of an ERP system, basic IT skills (MS Office) - Dynamic and good stress management - Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing (5S, etc.) is welcome - Fluent French (another language is welcome) - Flexibility in working hours, 2x8 shifts if needed
