- Nurse (M/F) - Home Care
- Your mission
Within a committed and multidisciplinary team, you play an essential role in maintaining beneficiaries at home and their quality of life.
As such, you will be required to: Provide personalised nursing care at patients' homes.
Assess beneficiaries' needs and develop appropriate care plans.
Ensure clinical follow-up and guarantee continuity of care.
Work closely with doctors, relatives and various care network stakeholders.
Actively participate in promoting patients' autonomy, comfort and well-being.
Your profile
HES Nurse diploma or equivalent recognised qualification. For diplomas obtained abroad:
mandatory CRS recognition . Proven professional experience of at least 2 years in home care .
Excellent ability to work independently and manage priorities.
Strong sense of responsibility, organisation and communication.
Strong interpersonal skills and patient orientation.
Valid driving licence and personal vehicle essential.
Clean Swiss criminal record certificate required.
