As part of the development of our activities, we are looking for an Occupational Therapist (M/F) to work within a reference structure offering a stimulating and multidisciplinary working environment.
Occupational Therapist M/F – Hospital Sector Your missions
Carry out functional assessments of patients.
Develop and implement individualised treatment plans.
Support patients in maintaining, improving or recovering their autonomy.
Ensure care in collaboration with medical and nursing teams.
Participate in interdisciplinary meetings and care coordination.
Guarantee the quality, traceability and follow-up of occupational therapy interventions.
Your profile
Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy or equivalent diploma recognised in Switzerland.
Swiss Red Cross recognition mandatory or in the process of being obtained.
Experience in a hospital, rehabilitation or clinic setting is a real asset.
Excellent interpersonal skills and active listening.
Sense of responsibility, autonomy and team spirit.
Comfortable in a dynamic and demanding work environment.
