Pediatric Home Hospitalisation Nurse - (M/F)
As part of your duties, you will be responsible for: Carrying out the nursing rounds in the Canton of Geneva, equipped with a company car, Providing technical care independently, Offering personalised care tailored to the child’s needs; Ensuring the traceability of care and essential information for the management of the case; Participating in the assessment of the child’s needs to establish a precise care plan; Participating in the coordination of care with the multidisciplinary team; What we offer you: A reference structure specialised in home care, placing particular importance on personalised care and close relationships, Nursing rounds within a limited geographical area, by bike, car or on foot, Daytime hours, continuous shifts, mornings, evenings or split shifts. Your profile:
You hold a nursing diploma with Red Cross Recognition; You have at least 2 years of experience as a Nurse; You have successful initial experience in paediatric or paediatric home hospitalisation services; You have good knowledge of the Geneva or Swiss healthcare network; You are flexible, autonomous and able to manage your emotions; You have a vehicle and are comfortable cycling (a plus); Are you open to temporary assignments?
