PPE Administrator – La Côte Region
Your responsibilities
You will be responsible for the complete management of a portfolio of condominiums and ensure the proper administrative, technical and relational functioning of the buildings under your responsibility.
In this capacity, you will:
- Organise, prepare and conduct general meetings as well as committee sessions. - Ensure follow-up on decisions made and the drafting of minutes. - Coordinate the interventions of contracted companies and monitor maintenance and renovation works. - Develop and control budgets, monitor financial aspects and ensure deadlines are met. - Support co-owners by providing advice and tailored solutions. - Ensure proper technical management of buildings, while integrating current issues related to energy performance.
Your profile
- Significant experience in condominium/PPE management in Switzerland. - Commercial or real estate training, ideally complemented by a federal diploma in the real estate field or an equivalent qualification. - Strong knowledge of buildings, condominiums and energy transition challenges. - Excellent writing skills and perfect command of French. - Comfortable with digital tools and digitalised work environments. - Service-oriented, excellent interpersonal skills and diplomacy. - Autonomous, rigorous, organised and capable of managing several files simultaneously. - Occasional availability in the evening for general meetings. - Driving licence essential.
