Public Procurement Buyer (100%) – Permanent positionFor one of our clients based in the canton of Geneva, we are looking for a Public Procurement Buyer for a 100% permanent position.Missions- Pilot and manage public procurement procedures in compliance with the law.- Prepare, draft, and publish calls for tenders.- Ensure complete follow-up of acquisition procedures, from needs analysis to the awarding of contracts.- Support various departments in defining their needs and drafting specifications.- Guarantee the compliance of procedures with applicable laws, notably the AIMP and AMP.- Analyze received offers and participate in their evaluation according to defined criteria.- Ensure regulatory monitoring and advise stakeholders on best practices in public procurement.- Participate in the continuous improvement of processes and internal tools.Profile- Higher education degree in public administration, law, economics, or a related field.- Professional experience of 3 to 5 years in a similar role.- Excellent command of French and good knowledge of regulations in force in the Geneva territory, particularly in public procurement (AIMP and AMP).- Confirmed experience in managing call for tender procedures.- Knowledge of the construction and building sector, an asset.- Excellent analytical, writing, and negotiation skills.- Sense of rigor and very good interpersonal skills and team spirit.- Mastery of standard tools. jidb0a9332aen jit0729aen jpiy26aen
