For one of our clients located in thebr/br/Vaudois Alps , we are looking for abr/br/Social Educator Specialised in Psychiatry and Addictionbr/br/Your mission Within a specialised structure, you support adults facing mental health and addiction issues, with the aim of promoting their autonomy, stability and quality of life.
In this role, you will be expected to: Provide individualised socio-educational support, adapted to the situation of each beneficiary.
Participate in the development, implementation and monitoring of support projects.
Support beneficiaries in their daily lives and in developing their personal resources.
Encourage the maintenance of social ties and integration into their environment.
Observe the evolution of situations, identify needs and adapt interventions accordingly.
Actively collaborate with various partners in the socio-health network.
Participate in crisis management and contribute to maintaining a safe and containing framework.
Your profile Degree as a Social Educator HES or a qualification recognised by SEFRI.
Significant experience in psychiatry, ideally complemented by skills in addiction.
CAS in addiction or a strong interest in this area is an asset.
Good ability to create an educational alliance and establish a relationship of trust.
Ease in working within a multidisciplinary team and network.
Good analytical, adaptability and self-reflection skills.
Excellent writing skills and proficiency in common IT tools.
Driving licence is an advantage.
