Ensure optimal allocation of vehicles and available resources.
Coordinate the activity of drivers and maintain constant contact with field teams.
Adapt schedules according to unforeseen events, emergencies or last-minute changes.
Guarantee compliance with deadlines, safety instructions and current regulations.
Monitor the progress of operations and ensure smooth communication between the various stakeholders.
Participate in the continuous improvement of logistical and organisational processes.
Maintain a professional quality relationship with clients, suppliers and partners.
Your profile Proven experience in transport planning, logistics, public works or the construction sector.
Former heavy goods vehicle driver, professional driver or significant site experience: a real asset.
Very good knowledge of the field and the regional fabric.
Excellent organisational, coordination and priority management skills.
Reactive personality, able to make decisions quickly.
Ease in human contacts and team management.
Good command of common IT tools.
Sense of responsibility, autonomy and stress resistance.
Driving licence essential.
