As part of your duties, you will be responsible for: Carrying out nursing rounds in the Canton of Geneva, equipped with a company car, Providing technical care independently, Offering personalised care tailored to the child’s needs; Ensuring the traceability of care and essential information for the care process; Participating in assessing the child’s needs to establish a precise care plan; Participating in the coordination of care with the multidisciplinary team; What we offer you: A reference structure specialised in home care that places particular importance on personalised care and close relationships, Nursing rounds within a limited geographical area, by bike, car or on foot, Daytime hours, continuous shifts, morning, evening or split shifts. Your profile:
You hold a nursing diploma with Red Cross recognition; You have at least 2 years of experience as a nurse, You have a successful initial experience in paediatric or paediatric home care services; You have good knowledge of the Geneva or Swiss healthcare network, You are flexible, autonomous and able to manage your emotions, You have a vehicle and are comfortable cycling (a plus), Are you open to temporary assignments?
