Job Description

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated leader to join our team, who will report to and work collaboratively with the Food & Beverage Services Manager. This role is key to bringing the Resort’s casual dining concepts to life while leading and inspiring the team, instilling a culture of guest passion, and driving financial performance.

This role will work across The Green Dining , The Cart Bar & Kitchen , Conferencing & Events, and the seasonal poolside Oasis Bar .

Qualifications

YOUR EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS INCLUDE:

  • A leader genuinely passionate about providing exceptional customer service, motivated to train and develop a team to share this enthusiasm.
  • Excellent communication skills, and high standards of grooming and personal presentation.
  • Previous leadership experience in hospitality with a focus on guest service and team engagement, including the ability to train others on their „in trend“ product knowledge for wine, cocktails, and barista skills.
  • Previous experience in Restaurant, Bar, and Conference & Events will be highly regarded.
  • Computer literate with strong administration skills, with experience in ResDiary, Micros Applications, and Opera PMS highly regarded.
  • The ability and flexibility to work across a seven-day rotating roster, including late nights, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Currently hold, or be willing and able to obtain, both Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) and Responsible Management of Licensed Venues (RMLV) certificates.
