Job Descriptionbr/br/pstrongMain Responsibilities /strong /ppstrongGuest Service Operations /strong /ppAssist in monitoring daily Front Office operations, including check-ins, check-outs, reservations, and guest inquiries. /ppEnsure a seamless and personalized guest experience from arrival to departure. /ppHandle guest complaints and resolve issues professionally. /ppManage guest communication and feedback across various platforms. /ppSupervise and support the Front Office team (reception, night auditors, shift leaders, etc.) to consistently deliver excellent service. /ppAdhere to Front Office and ACCOR standards, including appearance, etiquette, and efficiency. /ppstrongTeam Leadership Development /strong /ppLead, train, and motivate Front Office staff to provide high-quality service. /ppAssist in scheduling, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions when necessary. /ppFoster a positive and cooperative work environment. /ppstrongAdministration Operational Duties /strong /ppOversee the use of Opera Cloud (PMS) for reservations, guest profiles, and reports. /ppEnsure compliance with hotel policies, procedures, and Swiss labor law (LGAV). /ppSupport room inventory, pricing, and overbooking management. /ppCoordinate with Housekeeping, Engineering, and other departments to efficiently fulfill guest requests. /ppAssist in MICE operations, including group check-ins, event setup, and client service. /ppstrongFinance Reporting /strong /ppAssist in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly reports (occupancy, revenue, guest feedback, etc.). /ppMonitor Front Office expenses and participate in budget processes. /ppEnsure accurate billing and cash handling procedures. /ppstrongSales Revenue Support /strong /ppCollaborate with the Sales and Marketing team to promote hotel services and capitalize on upselling opportunities. /ppSupport the implementation of Revenue Management strategies to maximize occupancy and ADR. /pbrQualificationsbr/br/pstrongRequired /strong /ppProven experience in a leadership position in Front Office (Assistant, Supervisor, or similar) in a large hotel (200+ rooms). /ppProfessional German and English language skills (written and oral).
