Your mission

• Design & Requirements: You will write and review technical specifications and process descriptions for new features and modules - always from the user's perspective and drawing on your accounting expertise
• Quality Assurance & Testing: You will conduct functional and usability tests, identify bugs, and provide structured feedback to the development team
• Be the link: You serve as the bridge between IT, sales, support, and management. You translate business requirements into technical solutions and ensure that customer needs align with technical capabilities
• Project support: You will provide hands‑on support for ongoing projects (e.g., module rollouts or interface integrations)
• Knowledge Management: You will analyze and optimize existing features and create clear internal documentation and help articles

Your toolbox

• You have a background in accounting or taxation and are familiar with common accounting software from your day-to-day work
• You have strong communication skills, enjoy working across teams, and have high standards when it comes to the quality and usability of software
• You have a genuine interest in gaining an in-depth understanding of a specialized software product and actively supporting the IT team in implementing new features
• You have a knack for documenting complex, technical topics in a clear, structured, and logical manner
