For more information, please visit: /p h3About the role /h3 pThe New Business Support Officer will work as part of our successful team in Geneva to give support to the Managing Director and the wider team in delivering high quality services. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone at the early stages of their career with excellent PowerPoint, Excel, and relevant digital media presentation skills who is eager to take on a new challenge. We are offering hands‑on experience, guidance and support in a dynamic team. /p pKey responsibilities include: /p ul liMonitoring the New Business pipeline and liaising directly with sponsors as well as external intermediaries and prospects. /li liEnhance and manage the end‑to‑end on‑boarding process, including the collection and verification of all CDD/KYC documentation and the completion of all required New Business forms, ensuring full compliance with on‑boarding standards up to including the final client acceptance meeting. /li liCapture, update and coordinate any new business opportunities in the pipeline. /li liIn liaison with the Head of compliance, contributing to the implementation of new business processes and IT issues (such as new client on‑boarding, documentation, risk and IT). /li liPopulating intermediaries database and new client information in the core systems. /li liRegularly participate in the New Business Forum and provide relevant information as required. /li liImplement post client on‑boarding tasks and attend to any company incorporation process, if required. /li /ul h3About you /h3 ul liDegree or equivalent professional qualification in a relevant or transferrable discipline /li liExcellent written and verbal skills in French and English /li liGood working knowledge of Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Business Central and NetDocuments /li liPositive, proactive and supportive attitude toward work, intermediaries and colleagues /li liMethodical, thorough and attentive to detail /li liPunctual and reliable /li liAbility to complete work within time scales required /li liAbility to manage multiple tasks and to deal with conflicting priorities /li liStrong team player, working collaboratively with all teams but also fully independent with minimal supervision. /li /ul h3Salary /h3 pCompetitive salary. /p h3Benefits /h3 ul liCareer development opportunities and a structured career progression pathway. /li liSupport for professional development, including contributions toward professional memberships and training. /li liDiscretionary performance bonus. /li liWorking from home arrangements after six months of service. /li liRegular social and sports events sponsored by the Company. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
