PR & Influencer Marketing Specialist

Get ready to make a real impact in a certified B Corp as our new PR & Influencer Marketing Specialist. This position is available immediately in our HQ in Amsterdam reporting to the Head of Brand Marketing & Creative Studio.

You’ll be responsible for..

• Developing and executing earned media initiatives through storytelling and activations that bring the brand’s mission to life
• Leading brand partnerships, connecting Ace & Tate with potential partners, and managing collaborations from start to finish
• Bringing brand campaigns to life across earned communications channels
• Overseeing and developing Ace & Tate’s PR agency network across key markets
• Building strong relationships with close friends of the brand, influencers, and collaborators across all markets
• Working closely with other Ace & Tate teams to stay in the loop on new products, features, and collaboration opportunities
• Collaborating with the wider Marketing team to ensure consistent brand messaging across PR and partnership efforts
• Managing Influencer Marketing, from identifying influencers to negotiating partnerships and tracking results
• Organising guest management for PR, Influencer, and Partnership events
• Managing external agencies and ensuring they align with Ace & Tate’s vision and goals
• Taking ownership of PR, partnerships, and influencer projects while being a key player within the team
• Measuring and reporting on the effectiveness of PR, partnerships, and influencer campaigns to guide future strategies and ensure alignment with business objectives

You..

• Have 5+ years of experience driving PR, Partnerships, and Collaborations for a lifestyle or DTC brand
• Have solid experience in Influencer Marketing, from building relationships to managing collaborations
• Have experience working with consumer-focused media outlets across Europe
• Are comfortable working with big media titles as well as emerging talent and creatives
• Are proactive, always spotting new opportunities to connect with partners and press
• Have a passion for the PR, Partnership, and Influencer Marketing landscape
• Enjoy working in a dynamic environment where you can adapt and make an impact
• Have a strong network in Amsterdam and ideally also in the UK, Germany, and Belgium, or are familiar with the media landscape in those markets
• Are experienced in measuring and analysing the performance of PR, partnerships, and influencer campaigns, using insights to fine-tune strategies
