Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Product Owner to manage product and box-build projects within the Rail / Rolling Stock industry. The role requires strong ownership of product development, Agile backlog management, technical coordination, and stakeholder engagement. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with railway electronics, industrial networking, and industrial switches, along with a strong technical engineering background. Experience managing products from requirements through development, testing, industrialization, and delivery is highly valued.
Must-Have Skills
- Experience managing product / box-build projects
- Proven experience as a Product Owner in an Agile environment
- Railway Rolling Stock / Railway Electronics domain knowledge
- Knowledge of industrial switches and industrial networking applications
- Strong stakeholder and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Fluent English; German preferred
Relevant technical experience - at least one area: Embedded Software / Embedded Systems; Hardware / Electronics / Firmware; Industrial Automation; Industrial Ethernet / Industrial Switches; Networking / TCP/IP / Ethernet; IoT / Edge Computing; Linux / Embedded Linux; System Architecture; Industrial Communication Protocols; R&D / Engineering.
