Venture Capital Associate (Deep-Tech Focus)

Location: Munich, Germany

Our client, a leading venture capital firm based in Germany , is looking for an Associate to join their Munich team . Specializing in deep-tech investments , they back visionary entrepreneurs shaping the future of technology.

Your Responsibilities:

• Source and evaluate high-potential deep-tech startups.
• Conduct market research, financial modeling, and due diligence.
• Support portfolio companies with strategic and operational guidance.
• Assist in deal structuring, negotiation, and execution.
• Build and maintain relationships with founders, investors, and industry experts.

Your Profile:

• 3-5 years of experience in VC, investment banking, consulting, or deep-tech startups.
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
• Passion for deep-tech innovations (AI, robotics, semiconductors, etc.).
• Excellent communication and networking abilities.
• Fluent in English and German
