Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Contribute to the identification, evaluation, and execution of investment opportunities across multiple industries
• Conduct in-depth financial analysis, build valuation models, and carry out comprehensive market research
• Prepare investment materials and actively participate in Investment Committee meetings
• Work closely with portfolio company management teams and external advisors throughout the deal cycle
• Support post-investment value creation and ongoing portfolio management activities

Candidate Profile

• 2–4 years of experience in M&A or leveraged finance, gained at a top-tier investment bank (Bulge Bracket or Elite Boutique)
• Excellent academic background in Finance, Economics, or a related discipline
• Full fluency in both German and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills
• Exceptional analytical abilities and sound commercial judgment
• A genuine interest in private equity with a proactive, hands-on approach and entrepreneurial spirit
