A leading European private equity firm in Munich is looking for an experienced Investment Manager to join their team and drive investment opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead evaluation and execution of investment opportunities
• Work closely with operational teams to drive business growth
• Develop financial models, perform due diligence, and assess value creation potential
• Manage relationships with portfolio companies and key stakeholders

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years of experience, with 3+ years in private equity
• Strong track record in investment and value creation
• Fluent in German with excellent communication skills
• Expertise in financial modeling, due diligence, and portfolio management
