Investment Professional – Private Capital & Entrepreneur / UHNW Advisory | Zurich

Our client a leading entrepreneurial private capital advisory & investment platform working closely with
self-made founders, family offices, and UHNW investors
across Europe.

The firm supports entrepreneurs on
corporate finance, capital structure, private markets, and strategic investment decisions
, while also investing alongside them.

We are seeking an ambitious investment professional with a background in:

• Investment Banking / M&A / Corporate Finance
  (5+ years)
• Experience with
  mid-market founder-led transactions
• Exposure to
  UHNW / family offices / private capital ecosystems
• Ability to originate and cultivate relationships with entrepreneurs & investors
• Strong execution capabilities across financing & M&A situations

Ideal Candidate:

• 6–10 years experience (Associate / VP / Director level)
• Experience at
  top-tier IB, MM boutique or private capital advisory platform
• Track record supporting
  entrepreneurs or family-owned businesses
• Entrepreneurial mindset with network development capability
• Fluent English; German a strong plus
• Based in Switzerland or open to relocate
