A growing specialist consultancy focused on financial services, the firm works with investment managers, private wealth firms, custodians, and other financial institutions to support strategic change, operational improvement, and business transformation across the investment management value chain.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead complex consulting engagements for clients across the asset and wealth management sector, overseeing delivery from project initiation through implementation.
- Advise senior stakeholders on business transformation, operating model design, investment operations, digital enablement, regulatory change, data and analytics, and sustainability initiatives.
- Manage project teams to deliver high-quality outcomes on time and within budget while proactively managing risks and client expectations.
- Develop trusted client relationships and identify opportunities to extend existing engagements and support new business development.
- Contribute to the continued growth of the German practice through thought leadership, proposition development and mentoring of junior colleagues.
Candidate Profile
- 4+ years' consulting experience within financial services, or a combination of consulting and industry experience in investment management.
- Strong understanding of the asset and wealth management landscape, including current market trends, regulatory developments and strategic challenges.
- Experience managing client relationships and contributing to business development activities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior decision-makers.
- Fluent German and English; additional European languages are advantageous.
