Private Equity Associate

Associate – Private Equity | Frankfurt

We’re hiring! A reputable Private Equity fund in Frankfurt is looking for a driven Associate to join their dynamic team.

As an Associate, you’ll play a key role across the investment cycle—from deal origination to execution and portfolio value creation.

Your Responsibilities:

• Support in sourcing and evaluating new investment opportunities
• Conduct financial modeling, valuation, and due diligence
• Prepare investment memos and presentations for the investment committee
• Work closely with portfolio companies on strategic and operational matters
• Coordinate with advisors, legal counsel, and other stakeholders during transactions

What We’re Looking For:

• 2–4 years of experience in Investment Banking or Private Equity
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills
• Excellent academic background in finance, economics, or a related field
• Fluent in German and English (both written and spoken) – mandatory
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong interest in the mid-market
