Private Equity Associate – Frankfurt

Our client, a renowned large-cap private equity fund, is looking for a talented Associate to join their high-performing team in Frankfurt . This is a unique opportunity to step into a leading investment platform with a proven track record and long-term capital.

What you’ll do:

• Support origination, due diligence, and execution of investments across sectors
• Conduct financial modeling, market analysis, and valuation work
• Prepare investment memos and participate in IC presentations
• Work closely with management teams and external advisors
• Assist in post-investment value creation and portfolio management

What we’re looking for:

• 2–4 years of experience in M&A or leveraged finance at a Bulge Bracket or Elite Boutique investment bank.
• Outstanding academic background in Finance, Economics, or related fields
• Fluent German and English (spoken and written)
• Strong analytical, commercial, and communication skills
• Genuine interest in private equity and entrepreneurial mindset
