Private Equity Associate – Frankfurt Our client, a renowned large-cap private equity fund, is looking for a talented Associate to join their high-performing team in Frankfurt . This is a unique opportunity to step into a leading investment platform with a proven track record and long-term capital. What you’ll do: Support origination, due diligence, and execution of investments across sectors Conduct financial modeling, market analysis, and valuation work Prepare investment memos and participate in IC presentations Work closely with management teams and external advisors Assist in post-investment value creation and portfolio management What we’re looking for: ~2–4 years of experience in M&A or leveraged finance at a Bulge Bracket or Elite Boutique investment bank. ~ Outstanding academic background in Finance, Economics, or related fields ~ Fluent German and English (spoken and written) ~ Strong analytical, commercial, and communication skills ~ Genuine interest in private equity and entrepreneurial mindset
