Senior Associate - Private Equity

Our client, a highly regarded private equity firm with a strong track record across Continental Europe, is looking to hire a dynamic Senior Associate to join their Swiss office. This role is an exceptional opportunity for a candidate with 3–6 years of direct buyout execution experience, eager to take ownership in a lean and entrepreneurial investment team.

Responsibilities:

• Lead transaction workstreams across the full investment cycle, from sourcing and due diligence to deal execution and value creation

• Build detailed financial models and perform complex valuation analyses (DCF, LBO, comparables)

• Actively support portfolio companies with strategic initiatives and operational improvements

Requirements:

• 3–6 years of experience in private equity or M&A with significant exposure to buyout transactions

• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills, with excellent attention to detail

• Demonstrated ability to lead due diligence processes and manage deal execution independently
