Senior Manager | Strategy & Operations

Our client, a well-established global financial advisory, is looking for a Senior Manager to join their Strategy & Operations team in the DACH region.

Responsibilities:

• Lead M&A projects, including carve-outs, integrations, and joint ventures
• Drive business transformations such as reorganizations and value creation initiatives
• Manage teams and oversee key workstreams on a European level
• Collaborate with experts in transformation, restructuring, valuations, tax, and transaction services
• Work directly with top management, advising corporate and private equity clients
• Contribute to business development and marketing efforts to support the firm’s growth

Requirements:

• 6-9 years of experience in transaction advisory, strategy consulting, or a related field
• Expertise in carve-outs, integrations, value creation, or performance improvement
• Proven leadership skills with experience managing teams and projects
• Master’s degree in business, economics, engineering, or a related field
• Fluent in English and German
