Tier 1 Private Equity Associate

An established private equity firm in Frankfurt is seeking an ambitious and skilled Associate to join their dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity for a professional with a strong background in private equity, investment banking, or M&A, looking to work on high-profile transactions across Europe.

Responsibilities:

1. Support deal execution through financial modeling, valuation, and due diligence.
2. Assist in creating investment memos, presentations, and transaction documentation.
3. Conduct market research and financial analysis to evaluate investment opportunities.
4. Engage with management teams, advisors, and internal stakeholders throughout the deal process.

Requirements:

1. 2-4 years of experience in private equity, investment banking, or M&A.
2. Strong financial modeling and valuation skills.
3. Fluency in English and German.
