Vice President – Corporate Finance & Private Banking | Zurich

Our client is a boutique financial advisory and private banking platform supporting entrepreneurs and family offices across Europe. The firm delivers tailored investment, financing, and wealth management solutions — combining corporate finance expertise with a personalized advisory approach.

They are seeking a
Vice President
to join their Zurich team and take a lead role in advising clients on M&A, capital markets, and private investment opportunities. The ideal candidate brings a mix of investment banking and private banking experience, an entrepreneurial mindset, and an existing network in the European UHNW or family office space.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advise clients on M&A, fundraising, and capital structuring transactions.
• Originate and execute investment opportunities across private and public markets.
• Lead financial modeling, valuation, and due diligence processes.
• Manage client portfolios and coordinate integrated wealth solutions.
• Build long-term relationships with entrepreneurs, family offices, and investors.

Requirements:

• 5–8 years of experience in Corporate Finance, Investment Banking, or Private Banking.
• Proven transaction execution and client advisory experience.
• Strong understanding of valuation, capital markets, and portfolio management.
• Entrepreneurial and client-oriented mindset with a strong European network.
• Fluent in English and German; an additional EU language is a plus.
