You ensure that everything runs smoothly – from building technology to infrastructure. As a Facility Manager, you take responsibility for a safe, functional and well-equipped site and get projects up and running together with internal teams and external partners. Facility Manager (m/f/d)

Your mission

• You ensure the functionality and availability of the building and its technical building systems and coordinate their maintenance and repair
• You monitor technical systems such as heating, air conditioning, elevators, fire alarm and electrical systems and ensure compliance with statutory safety requirements
• You plan and coordinate renovations, modifications and construction work on and within the building and select suitable equipment and furniture for our office spaces
• You ensure the reliable supply of building services such as electricity, water, heating and nitrogen and take care of our EV charging stations
• You coordinate repairs, maintenance and external service providers, instruct the caretaker in their tasks and ensure smooth building operations
• You take care of insurance policies, service contracts, locking systems, parking spaces, waste disposal and building security
• You take on the responsibilities of the internal fire safety officer and ensure compliance with the relevant fire safety measures

Your profile

• You have several years of practical experience in facility management or a comparable position
• You have a technical background and enjoy analytical and organizational tasks
• You work in a structured, independent and reliable manner and maintain an overview even when handling several tasks in parallel
• Basic CAD skills, for example in the field of space planning, are an advantage
• Knowledge of relevant building and safety regulations is a plus
• You communicate directly and clearly, take responsibility and are not afraid to take on a coordinating or leadership role
• You are a committed team player with strong organizational skills and very good German language skills
