Warehouse Operations Leader — Flexible Hours

Your Mission

• You lead the warehouse team and ensure smooth day-to-day operations
• You keep a close eye on inventory and identify optimization potential early
• You proactively detect and report overstock and shortages
• You plan and manage regular inventory counts
• You ensure order, structure, and efficient warehouse processes
• You optimize warehouse space and collaborate closely with materials management & logistics partners

Your Profile

• You have a qualification in warehouse logistics, ideally with a master-level certification
• You bring solid hands-on experience in warehouse and logistics operations
• You enjoy taking responsibility and have already led teams successfully
• You communicate clearly, confidently, and effectively in German (written and spoken)
• You know how to motivate people and build a strong team spirit
• You work in a structured, solution-oriented way and keep a clear overview even in dynamic situations
