Your Mission
- You lead the warehouse team and ensure smooth day-to-day operations
- You keep a close eye on inventory and identify optimization potential early
- You proactively detect and report overstock and shortages
- You plan and manage regular inventory counts
- You ensure order, structure, and efficient warehouse processes
- You optimize warehouse space and collaborate closely with materials management & logistics partners
Your Profile
- You have a qualification in warehouse logistics, ideally with a master-level certification
- You bring solid hands-on experience in warehouse and logistics operations
- You enjoy taking responsibility and have already led teams successfully
- You communicate clearly, confidently, and effectively in German (written and spoken)
- You know how to motivate people and build a strong team spirit
- You work in a structured, solution-oriented way and keep a clear overview even in dynamic situations
