Lead GTS greenfield implementation, leveraging the client's design principles and templates, reusing proven compliance frameworks while adapting to Robotics setup.

Configure independent trade compliance processes and controls to align with Robotics global trade needs and regulatory requirements.

Manage integration with external systems (e.g., S4 Hana, ERP, customs systems) to ensure seamless data flow for trade operations.

Plan and execute complex multi-country GTS roll‑out, aligning with local regulatory requirements while maintaining global compliance and consistency.

Establish project governance, manage budget timeline, and mitigate risks (regulatory gaps, integration issues, roll‑out delays) to avoid business disruption.

Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (trade compliance, IT, operations) and external vendors, lead change management and user training across regions.

Ensure GTS processes are scalable, audit‑ready, and fully compliant with export control and customs regulations post‑roll‑out.

Project Leads end‑to‑end delivery of the GTS (Global Trade Services) greenfield implementation, based on the client's design principles and templates.

The role reuses proven compliance frameworks, configures independent trade compliance processes and controls for Robotics, manages multi‑country roll‑out, and integrates with external systems.

Core objectives: ensure export control, customs compliance, avoid cross‑border operation disruption, and enable scalable, audit‑ready global trade processes.

Hybrid - 3 days onsite and 2 days remote

6 months contract with possible extension
