Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results‑driven Field Sales Executive to join our telecom sales team. The role involves driving customer acquisition, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets through direct field engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Acquisition: Identify and approach potential customers in assigned territories.
  • Sales Target Achievement: Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales goals.
  • Product Promotion: Present and explain telecom products/services (mobile, broadband, enterprise solutions).
  • Relationship Management: Build long‑term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
  • Market Intelligence: Gather insights on competitors, pricing, and customer preferences.
  • Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and customer interactions.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and customer support teams to enhance customer satisfaction.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Experience: 1–3 years in telecom or field sales (freshers with strong drive may be considered).
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and interpersonal skills.
  • Negotiation Skills: Ability to close deals effectively.
  • Tech Savvy: Basic understanding of telecom products and digital tools.
  • Mobility: Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territory.
