Supply Chain Planner Lead
to join play a key part in ensuring the continuity of supply for drug substance, drug product, and finished goods across a complex, fast‑moving pharmaceutical environment.
Responsibilities
Work closely with cross‑functional partners, including the operational and implementation teams
Oversee global finished‑goods supply
Manage end‑to‑end planning for drug substance, drug product, and finished goods
Perform planning calculations independent of system outputs
Present complex topics to stakeholders at all levels of the organization
Connect information across multiple layers of complexity and synthesize insights into actionable recommendations
Work with industry regulatory variations to understand the impact on daily operations
Manage multiple stakeholders and adapt to changing demand signals
Requirements
At least 3 years or experience in end‑to‑end planning within pharmaceutical environments
Experience with Excel‑based forecasting
Understanding of pharmaceutical industry regulatory requirements
Strong analytical capabilities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to operate independently of system constraints
Hands‑on, fast‑paced, flexible, and collaborative mindset
